RefCo is a multi disciplined owner operated mechanical and electrical business that caters mainly to the financial, hospitality and commercial sectors. We specialise in high end and M&E such as air conditioning and building management systems, but cover all aspects of mechanical and electrical works within your building. We offer full planned preventative maintenance, reactive calls and repairs through to full refurbishment work where necessary. RefCo employs a dedicated team of engineers who we consider to be the best in the industry.

What we do

BMS Systems
Most larger buildings have a building management system or BMS. RefCo can offer in house, the whole range of skills necessary to look after your building management system.

Air conditioning
RefCo can supply, install and maintain the best quality air conditioning products and systems. We can supply and support most makes of air conditioning system, in house by qualified F-Gas certified engineers.

M&E maintenance
More and more building owners through to facilities managers are requesting that their M&E equipment is maintained regularly to ensure that statutory requirements are met and that equipment lifespan can be maximised.

Refrigeration
RefCo can deliver in house a full repair and maintenance service for any commercial refrigeration.
